Job Description


1. Position: Automated Software Manager Location: INDIA, Mumbai Type: On - Site Summaries: The Automated Software Manager will be responsible for managing the development and implementation of automated software solutions for intralogistics, and expertise in WMS, WCS and ERP. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in software development and automation, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities: Analyze automated intralogistics solutions and projects Analyze and define the software functionalities of the projects Prepare and maintain the functional specification documents Present to the customer the project and the relative flows and functionalities Relate with customers analyzing requests and customizations Prepare and maintain the functional specification documents Able to identify and define the risks of each project related to functionalities and flows Manage change request defining technical feasibility, time and costs Present the project to internal developer team or external suppliers and manage the status and progress, prepare, manage and document the testing phase of the software being responsible for the completion of developing and testing Relates with customers and other stakeholder with reference to flows and functionalities. Participate in reviews and meetings, provide updates on project progress, departmental process standardization and documentation Requirements: Bachelor\'s in computer Science, Information technology engineering, Electronics & Telecommunication, Automation engineering or related field 7+ years\' experience as software analyst in material handling industry Experience in Technical Software manager, preferably in automated intralogistics Experience relating with customer and other stakeholders Technical skills requires: Education and experience as SW developer, preferably in database and data queries Knowledge and use of Microsoft Dot net and Microsoft SQL server High skill and experience in MS Office tool Expertise in industrial automation Expertise in intralogistics solutions Expertise in WMS, WCS and ERP or related software Knowledge of IT system principles Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and 21CFR part 11 Compliance Capability to address technical issues Capability to communicate to SW developer team requirements and functionalities General skills: Capability to work in team and structured organizations Excellent attitude to relate with customers Excellent communication, both written and verbal Excellent management capability Excellent written and oral English communication skills. Willing to spend part of the job at customer\'s premises Willingness to travel (PAN India or Overseas) as and when required Prefer experiences: Automatic picking system (APS) - Best fit Case/Piece picking solution Pick to light system Transportation/Truck management system (TMS) & Dock Management System (DMS) ERP Process understanding 2. Position: Sale Manager / Business Development Manager Location: INDIA, Mumbai Type: On - Site Summaries: To deliver innovation and strategic goals, Business Development Manager will lead the growth of India market by developing and executing the business development plan. In addition, you will work with the Sales teams to identify opportunities with existing customers and analyze the market to prospect for new customers. In this role you will report to the Head of Sales India. Responsibilities Develop & manage the business development plan including sales and profitability for automation solutions Lead the analysis in understanding the automation solutions potential and the service opportunity at account level for the different components of the portfolio Develop an understanding of customers\' needs, by conducting business and system architecture analyses, to deliver suitable solutions in a pre-sales consulting plan. Complete bidding work, including quotations and contract formulation Lead deployment of the service portfolio within automation Share in your enthusiasm with your network and stay abreast of new technology and market trends. Drive profitability of automation within the assigned Market. Monitor and analyze category financial performance, report root causes of deviations and lead recovery plans. Lead the analysis of market trends, competitors\' situation and customer needs within thecategory. Qualifications: A Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology or a related discipline is required. At least 5 years of technical business development/sales/account management experience Experience with FMCG, Retail and Distribution of F&B and FMCG products (Retails group prefer, Chain store prefer) A deep understanding of automation applications, such as production planning, Yard Management, Stock and Orders Management, equipment management, data acquisition and other core business systems Ability to stay at the forefront of industry research and market trends in this fast-moving environment Be a strong hunter with a focus to uncover new business opportunities . Be a consultative and clear communicator with energy and drive. Have demonstrable ability to build lasting relationships and close deals. Experience in the food & beverage industry is a plus. English language skills are mandatory.
