Key Responsibilities of an AutoCAD Professional

Drafting & design

Prepare 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD Develop layouts, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings

Interpretation of requirements

Understand project specifications, sketches, and design inputs Convert concepts and hand drawings into accurate CAD drawings

Drawing modifications

Revise drawings based on client, engineer, or architect feedback Maintain version control and update changes accurately

Coordination with teams

Work closely with engineers, architects, and project managers Ensure drawings align with design, structural, and MEP requirements

Standards & compliance

Ensure drawings comply with industry standards and company guidelines Follow CAD standards, layer conventions, and dimensioning norms

Documentation & filing

Maintain organized records of drawings and related documents Prepare drawings for approvals, submissions, and construction use

Quality checking

Verify accuracy, scale, dimensions, and details in drawings Identify and correct drafting errors

Support during execution

Provide drawing support during project execution or site work Assist in preparing as-built drawings after project completion

Pay: ₹9,805.05 - ₹29,560.26 per month
