Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnosis:

Use scanners and test equipment to identify electrical problems in starters, alternators, wiring, sensors, and control units.

Repair & Installation:

Fix, replace, or install electrical components like lights, audio systems, security systems, ignition, and vehicle wiring.

Maintenance:

Service and check electrical systems, including batteries, fuses, and charging systems, during routine vehicle checks.

System Upgrades:

Install aftermarket electronics, such as alarms, GPS, or custom lighting.

Customer Interaction:

Explain issues, provide repair estimates, and discuss work with vehicle owners.

Documentation:

Keep detailed records of work performed and update vehicle service records.
Essential Skills & Knowledge:

Strong understanding of vehicle electrical systems. Proficiency with diagnostic software and tools. Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics. Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of safety procedures for high-voltage systems
