JOB ROLE :
\xc2\xb7 Responsible for servicing any walk-in customers of the bank irrespective of the segment/mapping.
\xc2\xb7 Regular generation of leads for New To Bank- customer and cross sell various products like TD/MF/ CASA/Gold.
\xc2\xb7 Ensuring regulatory and procedural compliance
\xc2\xb7 To co-ordinate the audit of the branch
\xc2\xb7 Ensuring service excellence to enhance portfolio, control retention and better cross sell
\xc2\xb7 Authorize and check RO / SO entries
\xc2\xb7 Check end products
\xc2\xb7 Check vouchers to clear transactions of Rs. 10 lakhs & above
\xc2\xb7 Vault / Key custodian
JOB REQUIREMENT:
\xc2\xb7 MBA/Graduate
\xc2\xb7 Minimum work exp. - 5 years
\xc2\xb7 Customer service oriented
\xc2\xb7 Meticulous
\xc2\xb7 Eye for details
\xc2\xb7 Ability to manage and motivate front office staff.
\xc2\xb7 Thorough overall understanding of banking
\xc2\xb7 Graduate/MBA
\xc2\xb7 Graduates with 5-8 years\' experience Should possess customer orientation and team leader qualities
