Job Description

Key Responsibility:

Contribute to revenue by selling, up-selling, and cross-selling the company's educational courses through counselling, phone calls, emails, and other communication. Follow up with parents to ensure fees are collected on time. Support students throughout their journey by managing the required administrative tasks. Provide excellent customer service by building good relationships with students and parents and resolving their concerns quickly. Follow all internal processes and compliance guidelines.
