About the Team/Role Entrupy Inc. is seeking a full-time Authentication Support Associate - Sneakers position based in Bangalore, India. The Authentication Support Associate - Sneakers position is a salaried position. You will be trained to authenticate all of Entrupy\'s supported sneaker brands through studying Entrupy\'s macroscopic data and brand learning. You will be responsible for accurately assessing and tagging each item to assist in the machine learning process to further train our algorithms as well as meeting and exceeding SLAs through quality and efficient processing. Reports to Authentication Manager Location: Bangalore, India Location Type: Hybrid What you\'ll do Monitor real-time customer authentications of sneakers. Ensure accuracies of internal tests pertaining to newly released for popular brands. Initiate follow-up communication with customers on as-needed basis What you bring Passion towards sneakers and the new trends within the sneakers industry Analytical skills and the ability to glean information and draw conclusions from large, often similar sets of data Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with your colleagues working remotely and in different timezones Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and closely follow procedure Proficiency in working with software tools: e.g. Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, and other applications Flexibility and openness to work on weekends, holidays, and outside of work hours Prior experience with data entry, analytical or scientific research roles preferred What we offer Market competitive and pay equity-focused compensation structure Hybrid with Flexible work from anywhere for 4 weeks per year Generous time away including company holidays, paid time off, sick time, parental leave, and more!
