Create and maintain price plans in UCONX and manage bulk price change activities on Engage
Design, develop, and manage back-office operations to enhance customer experience.
Account management for SME & commercial & industrial customers.
Provide advice and resolve customer inquiries and complaints related to connections, billing, transfers and credit.
Raise and manage change requests
Coordinate with external stakeholders and team members from other departments such as IT, People and Culture, and Marketing to ensure project milestones are met.
Provide accurate, detailed, and insightful reports are prepared and presented to management on a Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly basis.
Follow all applicable health, safety and environmental guidelines while performing the job duties.
Requirements Experience:
? Experience in retail electricity back-end operations
Job-Specific Skills:
? Prior experience in energy retail sector is essential.
? Demonstrated experience in billing/transfers/back-end retail energy operations
? Hands on experience in Engage/Orion/UCONX. Experience with MSATS desirable.
? Good understanding of regulatory and compliance in retail energy environment
? Good written and verbal communication skills
? Able to maintain records, technical data, and financial reports with accuracy and efficiency
