Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage back-end operations in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Create and maintain price plans in UCONX and manage bulk price change activities on Engage
- Design, develop, and manage back-office operations to enhance customer experience.
- Account management for SME & commercial & industrial customers.
- Provide advice and resolve customer inquiries and complaints related to connections, billing, transfers and credit.
- Raise and manage change requests
- Coordinate with external stakeholders and team members from other departments such as IT, People and Culture, and Marketing to ensure project milestones are met.
- Provide accurate, detailed, and insightful reports are prepared and presented to management on a Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly basis.
- Follow all applicable health, safety and environmental guidelines while performing the job duties.
Requirements
Experience:
? Experience in retail electricity back-end operations
Job-Specific Skills:
? Prior experience in energy retail sector is essential.
? Demonstrated experience in billing/transfers/back-end retail energy operations
? Hands on experience in Engage/Orion/UCONX. Experience with MSATS desirable.
? Good understanding of regulatory and compliance in retail energy environment
? Good written and verbal communication skills
? Able to maintain records, technical data, and financial reports with accuracy and efficiency
