The position As our new Lead Quality Auditor, you will join our PV & GDP (Good Distribution Practice) Audits department in Internal Audits, and you be auditing internally in Novo Nordisk as well as external partners. The position will also open up development opportunities as well as new career paths for the future. As Lead Auditor you will get the opportunity to see many corners of Novo Nordisk and be part of knowledge sharing and setting standards across the company. Your daily tasks will focus on: Initiating, preparing, conducting and reporting assigned audits and following up on findings as applicable. Sharing up to date knowledge of external requirements and guidelines with the team and other internal stakeholders. Identifying and reporting compliance trends and signals. Moreover, we expect you to demonstrate impact of competences and knowledge deployed critical to the execution of core processes in own business area, anticipate opportunities and threats, and adjust own objectives. You will drive performance within own area of expertise and significantly contribute to overall performance of the area. You will act as subject matter expert in own business area by setting recommendations and directions. Qualifications A MSc. degree within a relevant field. Around 8 years of experience in pharmacovigilance area. Knowledge of potential risk of key process and relevant regulatory requirements. Experience from several processes and/or areas. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Moreover, you are objective, independent and have analytical mindset. You have experience and skills to cooperate with senior stakeholders in multinational environment and manage change, sharing knowledge and building strong team structures You are not afraid of digitalization processes and are able to lead and support your colleagues in this area. About the department PV & GDP Audits is part of Internal Audit (IA) at Novo Nordisk and delivers value by conducting independent, objective and risk-based audits. We escalate signals, trends and recommendations to senior management, also seizing opportunities to maximize value creation for Novo Nordisk using the unique role and expertise of quality auditors. Our mission is to provide executive management with the assurance of patient safety, product quality & compliance and to fight for simplicity across Novo Nordisk. IA is one of four departments with 16 highly specialized auditors in the CVP area Quality Audits that comprise 70 employees in Denmark, China and India. We conduct more than 700 audits annually and have process responsibility for the audits conducted globally within a variety of expertise such as GMP, GCP (Good Clinical Practice), GDP, PV and GLP (Good Laboratory Practice).
