Job Description

The Hotel Auditor is responsible for balancing all daily financial transactions, verifying accuracy of guest accounts, preparing summary reports for management, and ensuring compliance with hotel accounting policies. The role combines front office operations with financial auditing functions, often performed during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities:



Verify, post, and reconcile all financial transactions of the day from various hotel departments (Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, etc.). Audit and balance all room, food & beverage, and miscellaneous charges to guest accounts. Prepare daily revenue reports, occupancy statistics, and other management reports. Ensure that all guest check-ins/check-outs are processed accurately and efficiently. Handle any guest inquiries or issues during the night shift. Reconcile credit card transactions and cash deposits with the system. Verify that all charges are supported by proper documentation and authorization. Check rate discrepancies, no-shows, and late check-outs for accuracy. Close the day's business in the Property Management System (PMS). Ensure security and safety procedures are followed during night hours. Assist with front office duties such as reservations, wake-up calls, and guest services as required.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
