Objectives of this Role:

- Business & Sales Execution Planning for the Products

- Analyze consumer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI and build vs. buy perspective

- Assess current competitor strategies & seeking opportunities for differentiation in product & service offerings

- Analyze product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure they\'re successful achieved

Responsibilities:

- Translate process strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams

- Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI

- Analyze market data to develop sales strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications plans

- Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization

- Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates its features across primary market segments

- Offering product to right set of customers through Customer segmentation & Profiling

- Drive Highest level of product penetration through cross-functional liaising

- Development of Digital roadmap for product offering

- Define product initiatives with new features and optimization of existing ones, work collaboratively with Sales, IT for execution

- Integrate data analytics, Product metrics, UI/ UX research along with market analysis to drive prioritization of product initiatives

- Manage Product Trainings for last mile delivery

- Ensure Highest level of sales ethics with 95% Persistency & ZERO mis-selling

- Ensure all Compliance metrics are fulfilled

- Manage Product communication for penetration and Awareness

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor\'s degree with 5+ yrs of experience

- Master\'s Degree with 2+ yrs of experience

- Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills
