Role Synopsis:

Safety remains the number one priority by making it an integral part in all activities; Ensure all work is completed safely & in compliance with laws, regulations & Atotech standards (e.g. Corporate Compliance etc.). Demonstrate ongoing visibility at sites & consistent interaction with staff and contractors at all level. Supplemental tasks can be determined in the course of an appraisal interview, or if needed communicated by superiors.

Duties and responsibilities:

- Authoring SDS & labels for various countries acc. to GHS & local regulations.

- Solving Issues related to SDS & labels from internal & external customers.

- Experience with SAP EHS or any SDS authoring software

- Authoring Compliance documents & Custom clearance documents.

- Handling & supervising WW projects in cooperation with WW colleagues.

- Provide council to R&D colleagues with respect to listing, LVEs & Trade secrets for raw materials and products

- Process and implement legal requirements with respect to Classification/Safety/Labelling and Packaging of raw materials and products

- Maintain and provide all required documentation

- Follow HSE & company guidelines

- Product Safety content development for internal/external communication

- Implementation of Global projects at regional level

- Participating in relevant knowledge sharing platforms

- Supporting in ISO audits

Qualifications / professional experience:

- Master\'s in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.

- 3-5 years of experience in Product Safety

- Should be very good in written and spoken English.

- Ability to work in a highly accurate and structured manner

- Strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality, discretion, and dedication.

- Excellent communication, positive attitude, keen observation skills, and team skills.

- Very good knowledge with respect to Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

- Adaptive to change
