Job Description
Expert in the development and configuration of Jira Service Management, Confluence, Statuspage, OpsGenie and Halp . Manage and maintain our Jira Service Management instance, including configuration, customizations, and integrations . Work with other IT teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and implement changes to Jira Service Management . Develop and implement best practices for Jira Service Management administration and usage . Train and support end-users on Jira Service Management . Monitor Jira Service Management performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise . Implement and maintain Jira Service Management workflows, permission schemes, dynamic forms, customer portal and automation rules . Develop and maintain Jira Service Management reports and dashboards in Power BI, Jira, SharePoint, and other tools.
