:

Role Proficiency: Acts under minimum guidance of DevOps Architect to set up and manage DevOps tools and pipelines.

Outcomes: * Interpret the DevOps Tool/feature/component design and develop/support the same in accordance with specifications

• Follow and contribute existing SOPs to trouble shoot issues Adapt existing DevOps solutions for new contexts
• Code debug test and document; and communicate DevOps development stages/status of DevOps develop/support issues
• Select appropriate technical options for development such as reusing improving or reconfiguration of existing components
• Support users onboarding them on existing tools with guidance from DevOps leads
• Work with diverse teams with Agile methodologies
• Facilitate saving measures through automation
• Mentor A1 and A2 resources
• Involved in the Code Review of the team

Atlassian Tools Admin/Developer Responsibilities: . Drive solution design, architecture, and implementation across Jira and Confluence to enhance and support key business and technical processes . Own all Atlassian administrative functions associated with workflows, automation, custom fields, schemes, permissions, add-ons, dashboards, reports, and integrations . Ensure system availability and performance of Atlassian tools and other tool sets . Adhere to tools best practices and standard methodologies and maintain consistency across all instances . Proactively plan and implement creative automations to improve administration, usability, and integration . Partner with other teams to coordinate infrastructure maintenance and system migrations . Serve as internal SME for the Atlassian Tool Set . Support other enterprise tools such as Monday, Mural, AppDynamics, and Gitlab . Train users and teams to increase user adoption and promote new features Key Qualifications . Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. . 5+ years hands-on expertise with on premise Atlassian Tools (Jira and Confluence) and supporting 3rd party add-ons . 2+ years hands-on expertise with Atlassian Jira and Confluence data center . Expertise in Jira and Confluence user management, troubleshooting permissions, complex JQL queries, and other day-to-day administration activities. . 1+ years hands-on expertise with Jira Service Management . Experience in Jira and Confluence version upgrade in Linux environments . Solid understanding of Jira, Jira Service Management (Jira Service Desk), and Confluence internals and architecture . 2+ years hands-on experience in groovy script, python, and rest API for customization, automation, migration and integration . Advanced experience with various Atlassian plugins such as ScriptRunner, eazyBI, Plans, Rich Filter, Structure, Automation, Xray, Configuration Manager and Questions . Familiar with Oracle Database and SQL . Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Nice to have Qualifications . Experience of using Gitlab and Gitlab pipelines . Familiar with agile methodologies and scrum process . Familiar with AWS and have one or more AWS certifications . Jira and JSM plugin development experience is a plus
