Hybrid Working We are currently in the early stages of implementing a hybrid working environment, which means that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. Introduction: The qualified role holder will support various screening processes, which might include investigations and reporting, sanctions and politically exposed persons screening, and other related processes. What will you be doing . The role holder will work closely with management to ensure critical functions are fulfilled timely and accurately. . The role holder will need to support all staff within the area with the evolving and ever changing environment. Embracing all challenges, self-motivating and driving performance within Operations. . The role holder will ensure compliance with Barclays Group Sanctions Policy and with Barclays Regulatory responsibilities in respect of the fight against Financial Crime and the funding of terrorism with regard Screening. . The role holder will ensure all Governance, Risk Management, Controls and Compliance requirements are adhered too. What we\'re looking for: . The role holder will have experience of AML & Fin Crime Ops, along with banking and financial services exposure preferably in a Sanctions or AML role due to the specialist nature of the function. . The role holder will be recognised as possessing specialist expertise, ideally business and data analysis relating to Sanctions, AML and or Court Order functions, acting as an advisor contributing to BAU technical developments and, where appropriate, strategic projects. . The role holder will have extensive knowledge within their area of expertise of the Banks Policies in relation to Sanctions, AML and Court Orders as this will be key in driving BAU improvements using their expertise ensuring they are delivered to BAU and managed in line with Barclays Sanctions and AML policies and procedures with no impact to their operation.
