Brainstorm social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, messaging and audience identification
Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
Optimize content on all company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company's social content & set a uniform language across all channels
Create compelling content for all Marketing collaterals spread across ATL/BTL
Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
Plan, Proofread and execute all marketing strategies in a given budget, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales, etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players, vendors and coordinate actions
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Candidate Profile:
3+ years of experience in Social Media / Digital marketing / Marketing
Fluency in English & Hindi is a must
You should have a Masters/Degree in the relevant field
You have prior experience as a Marketing Professional
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders and build collaborative solutions
Ability to connect with customers of different age groups and communities
Proven ability to demonstrate brand voice, Strong attention to detail and meet deadlines
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing channels and measurement
Experience from Hospitality / Real Estate will be preferred.
