1)SAP MM management: having good knowledge of SAP MM- Creation of Material code / Service code, Purchase Order creation & Release with proper approvals, Open PO report & solving query of IT & Finance team related to SAP MM. Documents record.2) Vendor induction: Ensure to get proper KYC form Supplier and get vendor code created for NonIT Supplier with help of Finance and keep record of related documents.3) Printing & Dispatch: Single point of contact for Printing activity - like RTO set and other items keeping MIS & timely dispatch of Request, share details of Dispatch with Concern SPOC.4)Branch Operations: coordinate with branch team to ensure seamless processing of Monthly exp. related Rent, Utility, R&M Electricity, Debit notes etc...5)Billing & Invoicing : coordinate user & Supplier to get bills in time and process as per DOA , Process IT & NON IT PO related Invoices In SAP ( GR & Service sheet entry )6) Uniform & ID card management : Ensure timely dispatch of new joiner uniform , yearly uniform procurement , distribution and dispatches to PAN India location, following up with Supplier and user to make thing happen within TAT defined for ON role & Off role both .7) Assets Management & Recon: Assets Procurement to payment for Non IT, maintaining data, year End Recon, scrap & Sale etc. . AMC of Non IT assets like ACs, CFND & CCTV.8)Provision & RBI Compliance : Monthly provision to Finance for Admin Expenses keeping record solve query if any raise form finance team , Adhere RBI compliance for open and close branch for BACL and keep all related data & RBI letters .9)Others: Telephone management, Meeting hall, Canteen recovery, envelopes management & printer management PAN India.
