: Understanding of all Systems, Process & Knowledge wrt QMS- Quality Management System Timely preparation & circulation of Internal Audit Plan by effective analysis Conducting effective Internal Audits as per ISO 9001:2015 in the organisation Maintaining relevant ISO documents as per requirement\'s for ISO-9001,3834 &17025 Follow-up for closure of all Audit Findings- Internal/External Maintain correspondence with all Certification bodies (MSC,LRQA & NABL) Preparation of QAP\'s/ ITP\'s as per project requirement\'s (New Build & Refit) Conducting QIM\'s/QRM\'s as per defined frequency/management directives Timely Identifying & reporting gaps in product /process non-conformities Maintaining in-house Calibration Laboratory & Instrument Lab Effective coordination for timely handing over of Ship Delivery Document\'s (SDD) Conducting Vendor Evaluations as per project requirement\'s Timely Calibration of Yard registered Instrument\'s & coordinating Yard Testing requirement\'s Plan & Conduct Quality Month Celebration by involving every stakeholder\'s in the organisation Reviewing of Vendor QAP\'s/SOTR\'s/Trial Protocol as per project requirement\'s ISO Awareness Training to all Employees/Internal Auditors/NR\'s Timely processing of dept. Revenue/Capex PR\'s & submission of Invoices Collation & Analysis of Lesson Learnt post project completion for continual improvement Maintain Dept. KM Portal for capturing Improvement\'s etc. Maintaining Internal Technical Library through various subscriptions etc. Support to L&T\'s Quality council by all means.
