Position:Asst. Manager - Costing

Responsibilities:

• This position is primarily responsible to ensure that all key interventions related to new/existing product introduction from designing the manufacturing maintaining optimum inventory controls are managed in the most effective and efficient manner.
• Responsible to assist the Plant Head in devising the Manufacturing strategy for enhanced production systems.
• To prepare Time Standards and Operating Procedures for New/Existing Products with detailed Cost Analysis and Control measures.
• Will also play a pivotal role in designing the tools required for the production of the New/Existing Product i.e. dies, jigs, fixtures, manufacturing tools, tool designs etc.
• Undertake methods engineering, product consumption calculation, manpower calculation and maintain man machine ratio to budgeted levels for enhancing productivity and capacity standards. Implement new working methods to increase efficiency.
• Ensure time and motion study at regular intervals to maintain the desired cycle time and productivity levels.
• Implement value-engineering based projects to improve overall plant performance.
• Ensuring all material delivery to take place with COA\xe2\x80\x99s/TC\xe2\x80\x99s and required MSDS certificates.
• Coordination with Production, PPC and Stores on daily basis for material planning.
• Analyze, Assess, Manage and Mitigate Risks.
• Maintains warranty certificate. Follow up for the premature failure of material.
• Carry out CAPEX vs OPEX feasibility study from time to time to ensure cost saving for the organization.
• Arranging AMC of the various equipment, co-ordination with vendors for the maintenance/repair work on call basis as and when required.

Required Skills

• Needs to demonstrate good man management skills.
• Must have worked on MS Office.
• Need to have good Communication Skills.
• Must have worked on SAP, Tally, or any other ERP Solution.

Required Qualification: - M.Com/CA

Salary :- Upto 10.00 LPA
