Stakeholder management: Act as single point of contact for IPN, Customer order planner and Sales to Third Party for escalations on deliveries Logistics Planning : 1. Demand analysis and forecast planning for value stream (every 15 days ) 1.1- Discussion & Co-ordination with PS-LOG team with customer wise discussion and future scope) 1.2- Discussion with IPN plants and market overview in IPN plants. 1.3- Conduct S&OP for every planning cycle and address the critical issues. 2. Customer delivery fulfillment for Value stream ( STP local, IS customer, P2P, AA) 2.1- Co-ordination with central governence team for customer in warding. 2.2- Co-ordination for transport team for timely delivery. 2.3- Handling the critical customer deliveries and close co-ordination with Production PPC\'s, customer & transportation team ) 3. Production fulfillment for the plant by evaluating and effectively managing inventories. 3.1- Conduct MCM meetings with plant management and VSO and all stake holders to ensure the production fulfillment. 3.2- Weekly update for the production status & co-ordination with VSO and plant heads 3.3- Daily tracking and report release to VSO\'s. 4. Inventory management for Value stream (TS, GIT, SIT) with co-ordination of PS-LOG team. 4.1 FG PDCA monitoring. 4.2 Co-ordination with PS-LOG, WH for SIT and GIT. Leveling 1. Conduct and review daily (N& N+2) leveling plan. 2. Deviation management and improve with systematic approach improve leveling. 3. Daily close co-ordination with Production PPC\'s for daily fulfillment. 4. Handling customer criticality through daily production planning. 5. Owner for Leveling for BBM compass for GanP. Project management 1. Driving the Pull projects through system CIP systematic with customers, L-KAM team and VSO\'s. 2. MIFA study for end to end supply chain with co-ordination with VS and customer( End to end mapping). 3. VSM- VSD update, LOG dept with desired system CIP cycles and projects. Co-ordination 1. BPS-LMM co-ordination for LOG department. 2. Prepare and present BPS & LMM assessment for LOG dept with internal and external auditors. 3. Handling IATF, AUD & IPN audits related to PPC roles for LOG dept. 4. 9 field matrix green tiles to maintained related to PPC role 5. Digi LOP implementation and system hygiene to be maintained related to PPC role Qualifications Education: B.E. mechanical, MBA (Operation) Skills: 1. Production planning knowledge ( STP, IS, ID) 2. Understanding of lean concept. 3. Inventory management and logistics cost. 4. Understanding of the Sales volume as per customer demand & forecast. Functional Skills: SAP - MM and PP module Industrial standard production system eg. BPS Additional Information
