Job Description

> Closure of all SIT cases after it is processed and Validated within 2 days of its generation accurately.(>1 mn 4 days & < 1mn 2 days)
> Ensure VPOT score is greater than 98% on consistent basis, Review the Hold reasons & take initiative for reducing the hold <1%
> Building team Capability & skill through continuous training & development- on TAX related and hold issues.
> Ensure business escalation is <0.5% of invoice volume handled > Simplification of Dashboard and MIS and ensure all dashboards are published to stake holders on time
> Ensure Create backup for all type of MIS and Invoice process related activities.
> Reduction of Escalation
> Coordinate with IT for removing of unwanted TDS codes > Monitor allocation and productivity of Maker and check on daily basis and ensure closure of all SIT cases within 2 days of its generation with MIS
> Non occurrence of recurring errors
> Update review all SOP's every six months 100%
> All open issues >15 days recorded in case of engagement calls needs to be Zero incase of IP.
> Nil duplicate payment is processed in the system
> Nil wrong application of TDS/WHT Errors
> Nil GST validation errors
> Nil invoice payment without advance application & need to update the correct Exception for non adjustment of advance
> Nil wrong hold
> Publishing of case drop report and ensure for closure
> invoice Sample checking and publishing the weekly DB
> Zero % non compliance of ICOFR parameters > Simplification of invoice Validation process
> Initiative & Implement of one new project for process simplification
> Testing & UAT of FUSION > Africa Invoice Validation
