Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Supervision:
Manage, train, and supervise a team of maintenance personnel or technical staff, delegating tasks, and ensuring efficient workflow.
Maintenance & Operations:
Oversee the day-to-day monitoring and maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment to ensure smooth operation and minimize downtime.
Preventive Maintenance:
Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability and longevity.
Troubleshooting & Technical Support:
Provide technical guidance and support to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues and ensure proper repairs and upkeep.
Project Management:
Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of mechanical projects, including new installations, overhauls, and facility development activities.
Safety & Compliance:
Ensure all mechanical operations and activities comply with relevant health, safety, environmental, and industry standards.
Quality Assurance:
Implement and monitor quality standards for internal and external work, including ensuring the quality of purchased parts.
