• Manage the entire Employee Life Cycle Processes
• Joining, Confirmation, Exit Formalities
• Leave & Attendance Management
• Provide accurate Inputs for Payroll
• Employee Database Management & record creation on HRIS, LMS, ESS
• Preparing HR Letters & employee document/ record maintenance
• Ensure smooth onboarding experience for the new joiners
• Conduct HR Induction
• End to End Recruitment
• Handle the Background verification process
• HR Co-ordination with employees & various other stake holders
• HR Support for active & exit employees
• Employee Grievance handling
• Provide HR inputs for compliance related activities (PF, ESIC, PT etc.)
• Provide HR related data for Audits
• HR MIS & Analytics - eg. Attrition, People Cost, Recruitment, Engagement Levels
• Assist in Employee Engagement Activities

Experience & Skill required:

• 5- 8 years experience in Human Resources Function
• Good Understanding of Overall HR processes
• Eye for Detail with strong process orientation & policy adherence capability
• Empathy & People Skills
• Excellent oral and written business communication skills.
• Should be proficient in excel skills i.e. VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table (Knowledge of Macros would be an added advantage)
• Self- Motivated, Positive attitude with a driving passion to achieve company goals.
