Roles & Responsibilities-
Litigation management- Independently manage the litigation or disputes of the company including but not limited to coordination with external counsels, determining strategies, and tracking the progress of the same.
Drafting of complaints, letters, notices, replies etc-
Mediation & conciliation- Offer support to the company and its clients with regard to pre-litigation disputes by mediating and conciling with the other parties.
Liaising- Represent the company before the statutory authorities and law enforcement authorities and handle inspections or audits by such authorities.
Legal advice- Advice the company and its stakeholders in litigation management.
Legal research
Contract drafting- Assist the contracts team in contract drafting.
Requirements
Required skills-
LLB from a reputed College
Must have 3-4 years of Post qualification experience.
Of the 3-4 years, the candidate must have worked in a law firm or an advocate's office and must have handled civil and criminal matters.
Excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of Kannada is mandatory.
The candidate must be willing to travel within Karnataka.
Strategic legal thinking and capable of arriving at practical legal solutions.
