Job Description

Recruitment and Onboarding

: Source, screen, and interview candidates. Conduct background checks and manage the hiring process. Develop and implement onboarding programs for new hires.

Compensation and Benefits

: Manage payroll processing, including accurate salary disbursements, bonuses, and deductions. Administer employee benefits, such as health plans, retirement plans, and employee assistance programs. Conduct compensation analysis and ensure competitive pay structures.

Employee Relations and Engagement

: Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Mediate employee conflicts and handle grievances. Organize employee engagement activities and surveys.

Policy and Compliance

: Draft, update, and implement HR policies and procedures. Ensure the organization complies with all local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations. Create health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety.

Performance Management

: Manage the performance appraisal process. Identify training needs and develop or coordinate training programs. Support career development and succession planning.

HR Administration

: Maintain accurate and secure employee records, including personnel files and performance documentation. Ensure legal retention requirements for all employee data are met.
