Key Responsibilities:
1. Payroll & Compensation Management:
Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees.
Coordinate with the finance department to ensure smooth salary disbursement.
Maintain payroll data and ensure compliance with taxation, PF, ESI, and other statutory deductions.
Handle reimbursement processing, overtime calculations, bonus payouts, etc.
2. Contract Labour Management:
Manage contractor onboarding, documentation, and compliance.
Monitor contractor attendance, wage payments, and statutory compliance.
Liaise with contract agencies to ensure adherence to labour laws and company policies.
Conduct regular audits and checks of contract labour records.
3. Statutory Compliance:
Ensure adherence to all applicable labour laws and statutory obligations (PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, etc.).
Liaise with statutory bodies and ensure timely filing of returns and renewals.
Maintain records and documentation as per legal requirements.
Support in external/internal audits and inspections.
4. Full & Final Settlement (F&F):
Process full & final settlements for exited employees in a timely manner.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure clearance formalities.
Maintain accurate F&F documentation and exit interview records.
5. HR Generalist Activities:
Support recruitment and onboarding processes at the site.
Handle employee grievances and escalate issues as necessary.
Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities.
Maintain employee records and HRIS data accuracy.
Support performance management and training coordination.
6. Administration Support:
Oversee facility management, security, housekeeping, and general admin services.
Ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day admin operations at the plant.
