Understanding the complete job descriptions and job specifications for various roles. The role involves understanding the requirement and source best professionals in stipulated time constraint for the various requirements. Sourcing from Job portals like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn & other social networking sites, Job Posting, Mass Mailing, Head hunting & referencing. Short- listing quality profiles sourced through various sources. Initial screening of Candidates through Telephonic Interviews to check various parameters like Education, Project Experience, Technical Skills, Communication skills, Compensation etc. Scheduling the interview & helping in the Face- to- Face, telephonic & Walk- In Events. Negotiating salary with selected Candidates as per the company salary structure. Preparation of Weekly and Monthly MIS reports pertaining to the Day to Day activities relating to Interviews happened, Offers Made and Joiners for the same.
