The Credit Manager should have extensive experience (min 3 years) in risk and credit in an NBFC / Bank. He should have enough knowledge of Geography / Area. Familiar with assessing credit using online and third-party tools. He should have good communication ability to train CPA executive & Sales DMA on credit policy & process. A short stint in sales will be an added advantage; this will give him a well-rounded perspective on business aspects.
Ongoing, daily activity should maintain TAT as per benchmark set.
Will require to prepare reports of area / locations and communicate the results (Femi, Nonstarter, Chq. Bouncing, Arrears etc)
1. Maintains accurate records of all credit policies
2. Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
