  • Focus will be on maintaining, updating and debugging cashflow models for but not limiting to agency and non-agency RMBS, CMBS, ABS and CDOs.
  • Assist in data sourcing, extraction, quality control and cleanup associated with the acquisition and warehousing of structured assets data
  • Continuously review, refactor and streamline existing processes to remove redundancy, bottlenecks and automate manual tasks to improve turnaround time.
  • Will be the subject matter expert and go to person for all cashflow updating related questions and our end to end production processes.
  • Review and resolve any data and cashflow inquiries from both internal and external clients.
  • Analyze, interpret, and tie out any discrepancies related to closing legal documents to existing cashflow models

  • At least 6 years hands on experience in working with data or cashflow models in the structured finance space
  • Master\'s degree preferred
  • Experience with data quality, data cleanup, data enrichment project is a must
  • Strong structured domain knowledge (agency and non-agency RMBS, CMBS, ABS and CDOs) is a must.
  • Hands on experience with writing SQL queries and ability to debug complicated sql stored procedures and working with read/write access to the database.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • Strong quantitative and analytic skills
  • Strong verbal and written skills, as well as high level of confidence interacting with business on all levels
  • Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent team player able to work with virtual and global cross functional teams
  • Excellent, creative problem-solving skills
  • Works collaboratively to implement innovative solutions within the MA organization and across all business units.
  • Effectively manages the activities of projects with responsibility for results.
