Managing Business HR role and complete recruitment process and employee life cycle for all the positions
Work includes proper assessment, Conducting interviews, Compensation fitment and complete documentation, reference check, screening of candidates at all level for validity and authenticity as per the recruitment norms as well as Identifying critical, niche & mass positions for building a talent pipeline/backups.
Salary positioning, offer negotiation & timely closure of positions involving aggressive follow up with candidates.
Ensuring the background verification and Reference check process is completed for new joiners as per company guidelines
Maintaining daily, weekly & monthly Database and Reports
Onboarding and completing joining formalities for new joiners
Preparing, planning & conduct induction program for new joiners
Prepare Recruitment related MIS on monthly and quarterly basis.
