The Assistant Bartender supports the bar team in daily operations by assisting in drink preparation, maintaining bar cleanliness, restocking supplies, and ensuring excellent guest service. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in bartending and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Assist bartenders in preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Set up and break down the bar before and after service Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times Wash and polish glassware, bar tools, and equipment Refill ice, garnishes, mixers, and bar supplies as required Take customer orders when needed and provide prompt service Follow standard recipes, portion control, and presentation guidelines Comply with food safety, hygiene, and alcohol service regulations Assist in inventory counting and stock rotation Handle customer queries politely and escalate issues to the bartender or manager when required
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality role Knowledge of basic cocktails and beverage service Understanding of responsible alcohol service
Working Conditions

Rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Fast-paced hospitality environment
