Job Description

Bar Operations & Stock:

Restocking:

Replenishing liquor, beer, wine, ice, glassware, napkins, and garnishes.

Preparation:

Cutting fruit, preparing garnishes, and setting up the bar.

Inventory Control:

Assisting with stock counts, monitoring supplies, and placing requisitions.

Opening/Closing:

Helping with setup and breakdown of the bar area.

Customer Service:

Guest Interaction:

Greeting customers, taking orders, and serving drinks/food.

Transaction Handling:

Processing payments and using the point-of-sale (POS) system.

Ambience:

Keeping the bar clean, wiping surfaces, and removing trash.

Problem Solving:

Routing complaints to management and addressing basic customer queries.

Hygiene & Safety:

Sanitation:

Washing glassware, sanitizing utensils, and following health codes (like USPH).

Compliance:

Enforcing age verification and responsible alcohol service policies.

Safety:

Adhering to all health, safety, and security procedures.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
