Team Member over phone calls with the store will understand the Store Maintenance Issues triage dispatch and chase jobs with the contractors In this job I am accountable for: . Being available for my stores colleagues whenever they seek support . To Probe Triage and Dispatch Jobs for the Stores . Allocate the right man with the right skill @ the right time . Handle Inbound / Outbound Calls within the Key Performance Indicators . Manage the job with High Quality . Partnering with business leads to bridge process gaps as a part of continuous improvement . Be a strong team player with a strong partnership outlook . Ability to troubleshoot have eye for detail and problem solving skills . Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence . Identifying operational improvements and finding solutions by applying CI tools and techniques . Responsible for completing tasks and transactions within agreed Key Performance Indicator's . Knows and applies fundamental work theories/concepts/processes in own areas of work Qualifications Operational skills relevant for this job: Basic MS Office - Excel, Word, PPT Planning & Organising Call Management knowledge, Active Listening Eye to detail Logical Thinking, Speed and Accuracy Basic knowledge of Retail store and equipments Good communication Skills both Verbal and Written Experience relevant for this job: Graduate / Bachelor of Engg.
