Responsibilities shall include but not limited to:
Recruitment: End-to-end management of recruitment cycle. Screening and sourcing candidates from different portals, creating job descriptions, initial calls and interview scheduling by following up with concerned stakeholders. Ensuring timely closures of open internal positions
Operations & Generalist: Manage day to day HR operations in the form of documentation, ensuring smooth implementation of HR processes, coordination with relevant vendors for HR related matters (if needed), grievance handling. Leaves and attendance management. Payroll processing. Employee engagement activities. Execution of monthly reimbursement processing.
Compliances: Ensuring timely execution of compliances such as PF/ESIC/Maternity Benefit/Bonuses/Gratuity etc. Adherence and implementation of minimum wages and labour laws. Keeping the management updated about the changes, if any, that happen in HR laws and acts.
HRMS Tool: Ensuring employee life cycle management on HRMS and ATS tool. Managing leaves and attendance on the HRMS tool, ensuring timely generation of payroll.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
MBA (HR) pass-out or Graduate with min 3 years of experience in related HR domains
