HR Operations - Talent Consultant Operations - Associate / Senior Associate
Key Responsibilities:
Partnering Business:
- Is able to support an entire business from TC Operations perspective
- Possesses a deep knowledge of HR policies and People team processes
- Is able to introduce best practices from the market
- Possess relevant HR Generalist experience of 5+ years
- Demonstrate flexibility for completing assigned team and individual tasks in allotted timeframe and within agreed budget.
- Meet all of the SDC's compliance requirements on a timely basis.
- Exposure to Workday or other SAP based module
- Exposure to automation and digital solutions like Alteryx and Tableau
Skill Requirement:
Level of experience - 2-5 years/ 6-8 years
Qualifications - Full time MBA in HR from a reputed institute with minimum 50% throughout (from Class X onwards)
Industry experience - at least 0-3 relevant years with reputed brands in IT/ ITeS industries
Technical Capability - Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and PPT.
