About IS&T Corporate systems:

Mission of Corporate Systems is to ensure consistent, transparent and standard methods to deliver high-quality, best-in-class business systems with strong governance that are timely, compliant, innovative, and support the mission of Bechtel Business Services (BBS), Human Resources (HR), Management Information & Planning (MI&P) and Industrial Relations (IR).

The core function of Corporate Systems is to Develop, implement, maintain and support the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems supporting Global Payroll, Accounting, Budgeting, Tax, Financial Reporting, Legal, Procure-to-Pay, Facilities, Travel and Expenses, Time Collection, HR, IR, Benefits and Employee Assignment Management. It also Manage, monitor and maintain access controls, scheduled job runs and system integrations with internal and external upstream and downstream systems.

About Vertical Shared Services:

IT Shared Services is to improve the business performance of Bechtel, specifically Bechtel Business Service, Corporate HR, Corporate Finance and US Craft IR functional organizations, by delivering high quality Application Operations and Security, Information Management, Reporting and Analytics, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Legal Document Management and IT Portfolio Services for Corporate System.

Associate - Application Operations Support:

General - The Associate - application Operation Support position reside in Shared Services Vertical under Application Operation Team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Batch Job Administration (scheduling, execution, monitoring, and reporting)
• Application Access Administration (setting up new users and password resets)
• API calls, file encryption and troubleshooting
• Performing other tasks and duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

• BE / B. Tech / MCA or equivalent with 0 - 3 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of information systems

Additional Qualifications:

• Ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment
• Assertive in learning new technologies and proactive in proposing, implementing new ideas and processes/Intermediate
• Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical skills
• Flexibility to work in Shift / overtime as needed
• Basic experience Application user administration
• Basic experience with UNIX, Linux, Windows
• Knowledge and experience with software support, development, maintenance and/or computer operations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Image Services experience ( Aconex, Hyland)
• Knowledge of APIs via coursework or prior work experience
• Exposure to cloud services via coursework or previous experience
• Knowledge of a programming language
• Knowledge of information systems
