The incumbent is accountable for generating sales and grow the Kemin\xe2\x80\x99s business with high business potential clients / customers such as government & private dairy cooperatives, branded feed manufacturers having feed productions.
Responsible to build a strong image of Kemin with the key accounts and facilitate the multi-level contact with them, identify the customer need and work closely with technical & marketing teams for developing and providing solutions in a way to generate business

Interacting with stake holders of projects both internal and external
Requires occasional travel
Responsibilities
Achieve the monthly and annual stretched sales budget allocated for the territory.
Identify the key accounts and develop a customer list with their complete business related details
Work closely with marketing & sales teams to implement strategies & tactics of Kemin
Lay down & govern the key accounts distribution system to ensure effective supply of goods and collection of money within company\xe2\x80\x99s specified time
Keep track of the competition and the market trends and report key changes in market & practices and send report once in every three month
Evaluate from time to time the satisfaction levels about the services & products provided and the expectations from various levels of decision makers, gate keepers or influencers
Keep the influencers and the decision makers informed with the ROI from use of products / programs by regular updates and follow up
Qualifications
Graduate in science or agriculture with 6 - 9 years of sales experience in handling Key accounts and exceptional selling skills.
Specialization / experience in key accounts in Animal Nutrition market is preferred.
