- Associate Teacher
Position: Associate Teacher
Qualification:
B.Ed. / Graduation in relevant subject
Diploma in Education (optional but preferred)
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience
Responsibilities:
Assist lead teachers in classroom management and lesson execution
Support students with learning activities and classroom exercises
Prepare teaching materials, worksheets, and learning aids
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to lead teacher
Help organize school events, co-curricular activities, and projects
Maintain classroom discipline and a safe, positive learning environment
Collaborate with teachers and participate in staff meetings
Skills Required:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Patience and ability to engage with children
Willingness to learn and assist in teaching methods
Familiarity with digital teaching tools is a plus
