REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of experience in software testing, including automation for web applications
• Knowledge of Investment Management: financial products, portfolio management, trade lifecycle, and compliance regulations
• Expertise in Cucumber, SpecFlow, and TestComplete with JavaScript
• Hands-on experience in defect management and bug-tracking tools (JIRA, TFS, etc.)
• Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and working with clients
• Strong ability to create dashboards and provide insights on test execution, coverage, and status
• Experience with Selenium WebDriver, GIT, Jenkins, or other CI/CD tools
• Skilled in designing and executing automated tests using Java, C#, JavaScript, Python, or VBScript
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (JUnit, NUnit, TestNG) and tools (UFT, TOSCA, Katalon Studio, Appium, Protractor)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze requirements and ensure software meets functional and non-functional expectations
• Create test plans, strategies, and test cases; estimate efforts and assign tasks
• Design and develop automated testing frameworks; implement best practices
• Identify, report, and track defects; prepare test reports and metrics
• Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to ensure quality delivery
• Participate in retrospectives to improve testing processes and resolve issues
• Conduct demos and client interactions for requirement validation
• Investment Management-specific responsibilities: validate business logic for investment products, verify portfolio calculations, reconcile trade lifecycle, ensure regulatory compliance

Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
