Redhat OCP Architect Architecting and deploying Redhat OpenShift environment for containerized business application environment using industry popular mythologies. Administering and managing RHOCP cluster Deploying application workloads on OCP foundation Managing App workload through kubernetes orchestration Working as a technical leader alongside customer business, development and infrastructure teams. Conceptualize, Architect, Develop and Mentor new solutions and POCs for various domains and executing the same using RHOCP as primary lever. Articulate and evangelize concepts and solutions with effective communication. Participate in successful project delivery engagements related to cloud architecture Supporting and delivering pre sales, technical presentation for business teams. A Team player with strong presentation, communication skills and Technical documentation development abilities. Publishing new solutions, blueprints and white papers in the area of work. Providing Effort and cost estimation to delivery teams for any project implementation Skills Required: Mandatory: Deep skills in RHOCP based design and deployments for various application environment (Preferably Redhat Certified) Hands on experience in Containerization/Kubernetes orchestration Installation and configuration of RHOCP on bare metal, compute servers or in virtual servers Excellent skills on Enterprise Architecture and Application Architecture Good understanding of Enterprise software portfolio Hands On Experience On Cloud (IBM Or Other Clouds) Strong skills in cloud Infrastructure and Architecture DevOps tools: Experience in CI/CD pipeline approach and tools Maven, GIT Experience in end to end deployment automation with quality gates Experience/Exposure to design and deploy Microservices Good Knowledge on design thinking methodologies like 12 factor validation best practices or similar. Experience in building app containerized workloads and deploying and managing them through kubernetes orchestration. (In Redhat OCP preferred) Redhat RHEL 6.x And Above (preferably Certified) Desired Knowledge on IBM Hybrid Cloud Application modernization / refactoring experience DevOps tools: : Experience in CI/CD pipeline approach and tools Maven, GIT and understanding of IBM Rational suite or similar. Experience on Application Migration to Cloud. Knowledge on ELK stack and various cloud application monitoring tools such as APM etc. Experience on MultiCloud / hybrid cloud management Tools. Knowledge on Cognitive/IoT/Analytics Platforms (IBM Watson or similar) Experience On IBM CloudPaks Preferred Qualification And Soft Skills Graduate in Engineering/Technology Minimum 8 Years Of Experience In Job Role Area Industry certifications in Technology products (preferably IBM) Strong communication and presentation skills Good interpersonal and people management skills Strong customer orientation and solution articulation abilities Self driven and be a mentor
