[ n Your Job You will be designated as Associate Sales Engineer Our Team You will be a part of Dir, Sales Engineer Team What You Will Do xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Primary interface with all levels of customer organization as well as related distributors supporting these accounts. Will also interface with many internal Molex roles in support of these customers including GSM members, Product Mgmt, Engineering, Manufacturing, Vendavo Pricing Group, Quality, and Finance xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Design-in Molex products in customeru2019s end products u2013 both existing and new customers xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Responsible for growing business profitably from assigned customer base xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Grow new opportunity pipeline consistently to support business growth xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Help customers in selecting right connectors for their application, provides samples and quote, negotiate and win business for Molex xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Develop good working relationship with customers and pursue higher business allocation xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Build account strategy for good prospective accounts xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 For any new product or solutions opportunity, provide PDR requests for new product developments xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Organize concall with customers and Product Division for resolution of technical queries xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Organize sales promotion activities at customer place as and when required xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Take support from DSM on need basis for closures of contracts and business negotiation with assigned accounts xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Design-in and transfer of opportunity to manufacturing locations for design-in accounts xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Support Molex internal process by following approved policies and procedures xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Continuous development of technical product skills to effectively sell a wide breadth of Molex offerings xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Perform other related duties as assigned by management xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Willing to travel. Ability to get things done through other people through persuasion.
