Job Responsibilities
- Ability to skim through Auto/Property policies and based on insured\xe2\x80\x99s/agents request, policy guidelines & history, provide processing solution
- Work with the insurance agents, RMBC and team members to modify, update, and process requests for the Auto/Property policies
- Review and verify personal information including names, addresses, ages and other data to ensure the accuracy of insurance company records
- Follows guidelines and adheres to high standards
- Takes initiative to enhance process through Ideas and CI Practices
- Able to handle assigned work within required standards
- Concise written communication skill
- Commitment to a full schedule with few absence
- Critical thinking and analytical skills, Comprehensive reading ability and Understanding of American English jargon
- Fluent in English communications, Reading & Comprehension Skills.
- Effective written communication with internal and external customers requires the ability to compose comprehensive sentences that provide clear and concise information
- Excellent Computer usage Skills
- The multi-tasking skills required involve opening, minimizing, toggling between several applications to effectively and efficiently work the tasks. This skill set will allow consistent
