Who are we looking for?
The LMD Associate at Repos you will be ensuring customer satisfaction and will be playing at significant role in shaping the overall impression of our brand.
What you will be doing?
\xc3\x98 Help meeting and manage customer, partner & operator of assigned zone/territory.
\xc3\x98 Work closely with internal stakeholders (Sales, Service, Development Team, etc.)
\xc3\x98 Liaise with the Partners and end customers to help create and drive revenue opportunities
\xc3\x98 Manage daily order execution (Order placement, assignment, delivery & payments).
\xc3\x98 Position AWS for internal use by the partner organization.
\xc3\x98 Work closely with Partners to ensure they are successful using Repos E-commerce.
\xc3\x98 Making sure Partners\xe2\x80\x99 execution/technical/vehicle related issues are addressed on time.
\xc3\x98 Understand the technical requirements and work closely with the internal development team to help develop user friendly application/dashboards.
\xc3\x98 Prepare and give reviews to the senior management team.
\xc3\x98 Optimization of Order execution Process
\xc3\x98 On-boarding & Training Partners/Operators & Customer on E-commerce
\xc3\x98 Maintaining Customer/Partner Data
What will you need?
\xc3\x98 Significant experience (minimum 1Year) in key account management.
\xc3\x98 Demonstrated ability to engage and influence Partners & customers
\xc3\x98 Strong Presentation skill and ability to articulate E-commerce concept to Partner/Customer
\xc3\x98 Strong verbal and written communication skill
\xc3\x98 Ability to work effectively in a start-up Environment
