Product Governance
Provides marketing expertise and guidance for the selection, design, development and promotion of new or enhanced insurance products.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Monitoring the insurance marketplace, while paying particular attention to direct competitors, to assess product trends and results in order to recommend new products or features for the organization.
• 
  Developing and designing the features of a designated new product or enhancement to address an identified market need or opportunity.
• 
  Planning and leading the promotional efforts for new or enhanced products, including both internal and external marketing, advertising, communication and training, and relationship building activities.
• 
  Monitoring business results of recently introduced or enhanced products and recommending modifications in product features, pricing, and marketing approaches to improve results.

Educational Requirements

• University (Degree) Preferred

Work Experience

• 3+ Years Required; 5+ Years Preferred
