Purpose
  • Prepare transitions program plan to move identified processes and employees to the Shared Service
  • Manage the transition plan as processes/employees move to the Shared Service and provide periodic reports
  • Ensure that service migration is in line with operating procedures and best practices

Maintain effectiveness relationships with the end stakeholders (Medical scientific community) with an end objective to develop education and communication content as per requirement Liaise with business and IT partners on release scheduling and communication of progress Work with project manager to establish end-to-end project plan and approach

Coordinate the business readiness plan, taking into consideration IT deployment, capability deployment (training and engagement activities) and any business activities required to integrate new processes or jobs into the 'business as usual' environment Monitor the effectiveness of service implementations and on-going BAU to continually iterate/streamline our processes and improve our capabilities. Assess, analyse, develop, document, and implement changes based on requests for change

Pre-requisites

Knowledge, Skills & Competencies / Language
  • Minimum Amount of Job-Related Experience:
  • 5 to 7 years of relevant experience pharmaceutical transition experience, standardization of processes in pharmaceutical industry
  • 3+ years of experience working with Daily Management and Problem-Solving workshops in an office environment (non-manufacturing)
  • Ability to take a hands-on and pragmatic approach
  • Demonstrated experience leading large projects
  • Ability to influence and lead the required change
  • Strong communication skills
  • Stakeholder management
Qualifications

Education
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree of education in Science/Pharma and prior pharmaceutical experience is required
  • Excellent knowledge in English and strong communication skills - written and spoken
