Sanofi Global Hub (Global Hub) is an internal Sanofi resource organization based in India and is setup to centralize processes and activities to support Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, CHC, CMO, and R&D, Data & Digital functions\xe2\x80\x8b. Global Hub strives to be a strategic and functional partner for tactical deliveries to Medical, HEVA, and Commercial organizations\xe2\x80\x8b in Sanofi, globally.

Main responsibilities:
  • The Medical Affairs Associate Project Manager will work on a project basis for Sanofi GBUs. The Associate project manager will be responsible for providing project management expertise and support on pre-defined projects. Examples include process-improvement and transformation projects, and project management support for Sanofi scientific & medical conferences
  • The Associate Project Manager will set and develop the operational aspects of the project, develop, and monitor timelines, milestones and project metrics and is responsible for managing the projects from an operational perspective from the development and initiation phases through implementation and completion within scope defined by the GBU, who remains responsible and accountable for the project content
  • Perform key projects tasks to ensure the progress, such as: create or ensure the required documents are completed, ensure necessary approval steps are completed, manage documents on the relevant platform (Smartsheet, Veeva, etc\xe2\x80\xa6); follow-up with Procurement/Customer engagement teams.
Present project overview and status at management meetings

People:

Seek alignment with team members and key stakeholders to ensure timely and quick transition between every project step in line with approved processes and corresponding SOPs Support team initiatives and objectives, identify and recommend process improvements and other value-added initiatives

Performance:

Effective and efficient management of assigned projects to complete projects on time and, where applicable, on budget Effective management of multiple projects in parallel

Process:

Develop strong understanding of the ways of working of Medical Affairs and associated deliverables meeting stakeholder expectations Drive effective collaboration with stakeholders to understand their requirements and to propose solutions in-line with their expectations Responsible for project planning, executing and closure on time, within scope, and according to plan within the requested quality specifications Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business practices and corresponding SOPs to improve the project processes Uses broad knowledge of project management techniques and methods, and discernment to decide the most appropriate techniques and methods for each project Supports contract management with the establishment of contract with internal and external vendors Leads the delivery of various scientific events and providing project management support to the scientific events like symposia, ad boards etc Drives project governance meetings with various stakeholders, vendors, logistics and digital team etc. and execute effective coordination to track and monitor the progress of the projects Ability to work independently to deliver on the assigned tasks with ownership and delivering as per the requirements Organizes logistical solutions according to the project needs

Stakeholders:

Builds and maintains solid partnerships with assigned internal stakeholders to better develop, coordinate, direct, and facilitate internal work and communications

About you
  • Experience: 4+ years of relevant experience with project management experience within pharmaceutical industry
  • Soft skills: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Technical skills: MS office (including Teams, SharePoint), project management tools such as Smartsheet. Knowledge of Veeva and Envision pharma digital tools is a plus
  • Education: Graduate/postgraduate in a scientific discipline (e.g., BS, MS, PhD, BPharm, MPharm
  • Languages: High proficiency in written and spoken English
