Maintain consistent communication channels with stakeholders: internal teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales) and external partners/clients; provide status updates, highlight risks and dependencies. Prioritise product backlog: balance new feature requests, enhancement work, bug fixes and technical debt in alignment with business objectives. Monitor product performance metrics and user feedback: analyse data, identify improvement opportunities and drive iterative optimisations.
