We are looking for an entrepreneurial, self-starter Product Manager to join our product team in Bangalore who is passionate about conceptualizing, planning, and creating large-scale systems with customer-centric product thinking We also work extensively with folks from different teams - Business Strategy, Marketing, Tech, Design, and Operations. An ideal candidate would be empathetic, detail oriented and can quickly transition from detail oriented to looking at the big picture. Jar was founded by Nishchay AG, former director, and founding member at mobility start-up Bounce, and Misbah Ashraf, founder of community-focused e-commerce platform Marsplay. What does Jar do Jar is building a micro-wealth management platform, one step at a time - starting with micro-savings, financial literacy, micro-investments, and encouraging people to habituate the act of saving. Responsibilities Drive product strategy and execute the prioritized roadmap for your stream Lead a cross-functional team, partnering with engineering, data, design, and other teams to ship major features and product improvements driving efficiency Define, track, and report on the key product, business, and customer metrics Experience in building consumer-facing platforms. Ability to work with engineers and designers to deliver products and metrics Experience working in a metrics and experimentation-driven organization Must be able to author PRDs and Use Case Documentation to facilitate product development Proven record of building consumer or supplier (B2C) facing products What are we looking for Relevant 1+ years of experience working as a Product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale products Independent and curious, you set your targets, ask for help when you need it, and are always looking to learn something new You are a self-starter, you love to understand systems inside out and make it your mission to deliver quality products You\'re entrepreneurial and are comfortable working in a complex and fast-paced environment Analytical and data-driven, you love digging into the data to understand what\'s happening and define & measure success on every project You\'re passionate about your customers and always bring questions back to what will serve them best You\'re fluent in English and are a confident communicator Bonus: Past co-founder or fintech experience at scale Why join Jar, you ask Jar is a diverse and inclusive workplace which embraces ideas and perspectives of all employees, and recognises their efforts and contributions regardless of gender or ethnicity.
