Job Description

:

• Financial Modeling: Build and maintain detailed financial models including operating projections, valuation models (DCF, comparable company, precedent transactions), and sensitivity analyses.
• Sector & Company Research: Conduct research on Climate -linked industries, investment trends, company profiles, and deal activity.
• Presentation & Documentation: Prepare pitch decks, investment teasers, internal memos, and investment committee presentations in coordination with senior team members.
• Due Diligence Support: Assist in compiling data for due diligence, coordinate with external consultants, and track progress across workstreams.
• Internal Databases: Update and maintain internal deal pipeline, market comps, and portfolio dashboards.
• Valuation Benchmarking: Track valuation multiples, recent transactions, and market developments to support investment case preparation.
• Deal Execution Support: Participate in execution activities including documentation, financial analysis, and coordination with legal, tax, and technical advisors.
• Portfolio Monitoring: Assist in performance tracking and reporting for portfolio companies including KPI dashboards and financial performance summaries.
• Investor Reporting: Support the preparation of investor reports, performance updates, and data requests from LPs and internal leadership.
• Learning & Development: Proactively build knowledge in the decarbonization space, including key policy developments, technology shifts, and capital market trends.
