Job Description

• 12-15 years experience in IT industry with 7-10 years experience in system design, designing and developing technical/solution architecture
• Good knowledge and practical experience of microservices design and patterns, API led design and development along lifecycle along with other typical integration patterns
• Good understanding, practical experience and knowledge of current technology trends in user experience platforms
• Good understanding of concepts of data architecture, database design and technologies
• DevOps CI/CD experience and familiarity including automation practices and ability to recognize opportunities to automate
• Good working knowledge of agile methodologies and implementation of projects using Agile methodologies
• Experience working and developing on cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
• Ability to understand business context of customer and provide technical solutions in business context.
• Familiarity with common architectural and design frameworks
• Good domain knowledge of one or more of the domains would be an advantage - retail, supply/chain, payment card processing (issuing and acquiring)
• Ability to develop strong understanding of customer’s business architecture and business strategy and hold all the enterprise context together when developing IT architecture roadmap in line with business needs.
• Experience in digital transformation initiatives including legacy modernization
• Evaluating internal functions, business development strategies and IT processes and suggesting improvements
• Strong communication skills verbal and written, including ability to convey design/architecture concepts and solutions through diagrams, written content and presentations to technical as well as management audience
