Department: Pre-Sales - CoE Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time Location: Pune Description Calypso Technology and Axiom SL have merged to form a new company, Adenza. Division Overview Strategy Division is responsible for driving business growth in partnership with the sales organization and driving the full lifecycle of strategic initiatives for Adenza in partnership with multiple stakeholders across R/D, Finance, and Customer Success. The Presales sub-division delivers end-to-end activities to win new business with existing and new clients by working closely with every department to deliver high-quality responses and impactful presentations. The Product Marketing division organizes Go-To-Market activities and promotes the corresponding solutions to customers, prospects, and partners through all available media. Team And Role Overview Adenza is seeking a Presales COE - Technical Specialist to be a team contributor in Sales Opportunities across the globe. The Presales COE Specialist will be responsible for multiple aspects of the process including the management of Presales environments, RFx and Information security questionnaire responses, Preparation of POC Set-up, and conducting Demos within the specified timelines as per opportunity-specific requirements: Responding to Information Security, Audit, Solution Technical questionnaire of RFx Global Team/Stakeholder coordination This role requires an ability to work under pressure and to challenging deadlines. It also requires strong people management and commercial skills. Responsibilities Prepare, continuously enrich, and manage response library of Information Security, Audit, and Technical Solution questionnaires & RFx. Respond to Security, Audit, and Technical of RFx Define and continuously improve Pre-Sales Operational processes Complete RFx coordination starting from qualification to delivery of RFx to prospect Establish and communicate detailed RFx status to various stakeholders on a regular basis Oversees all RFx response progress, chasing as necessary to ensure RFx deadlines are met Ensure timely delivery of compliant and qualified RFx responses Arrange all RFx submission reviews with relevant stakeholders Ensures the Pre-Sales operational process adheres to the defined process flow including qualification meetings, RFx briefing, theming, and independent reviews including reviews and sign-off Manages communication to ensure all RFx team members are aware of Evaluation Criteria, the value proposition, key win themes, USPs, RFx clarifications, and other key information when responding to proposals Ensures all RFx and clarification materials are circulated to RFx team members Extend necessary support in the Preparation of Demos including analyzing use cases/test scenarios to create Plans, maintenance & preparation of demo environment, and writing custom codes. Maintain, augment and improve the library of reusable components, templates, checklists, Presentations, and processes to reduce response time and improve the quality of future POCs / Demos Research, Liase and Work with R & D & Presales and gather information to update \'Presales Environments\' from time to time Upgrade Presales Environment periodically and conduct/participate in the UAT process High willingness to learn in the areas of new innovations and should keep abreast of relevant new Calypso features/releases Skills And Requirements Strong Technical knowledge of Product Information Security& Audit, Hardware & Software Infrastructure Strong Technical knowledge of Cloud (AWS, OCI, etc.), Java, Jboss, spring boot, Oracle Strong Understanding of Integrations, Infrastructure management, APIs, and ETLs is a must Strong sales orientation with a consulting mindset. Strong experience in end-to-end presales / Project Implementation Strong Technical expertise in Treasury Solutions of Calypso, Murex, FIS and Finastra, etc Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in Treasury Solutions / RFP domain Excellent presentation and written/oral communication skills Ability to work in a deadline-conscious, results-driven environment Educational Qualification Minimum Graduation (BE/ BTech/ Science), MBAs, Post Graduations More About Us Our Office: Adenza Pune is located on the 11th floor of the Montreal Business Center Tower. We\'re located near the Mahabaleshwar hotel and nearby Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Stadium. One can reach these places in a 10-15 minute drive from our office. Our office currently accommodates 15 employees with 2 conference rooms. Our Pantry is well stocked with plenty of coffee, vending machines, and a TV.
